The month, and year, is almost up. Meaning it's time for another co report. Below you'll find the report as I submitted it to the fleet.

Everyone a Happy New Year. I wish you all lots of happiness and creativity in 2018.

Langley Station
Task Force 72, Task Group 72C

Sim Updates
This month hasn’t seen any major changes or updates to the site. I finished the drawings for the research deck and added them with a description to the site. Our Governor also finished a description of the colony.

Crew Updates
We gained a new writer, who hold the position of Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Daniel Boyd. We also have 6 new NPC’s. That gives us a total of 26 NPC’s and 9 PC’s.

We also have one pending character for the Chief Counselor position.

Even though most senior staff positions are filled now we do have some important positions available. We’re still looking for a chief flight officer (basically a shuttlebay manager), a chief intelligence (needed in the later mission), and several assistant department head positions. As well as medical personnel, operations personnel.

But most important are the researchers. Langley station has a large research department on the station. That department needs personnel in order to write the amazing stories we have in mind of writing. So, if anyone knows a great science/research writer, let him know of us.

Story Elements
S01E01: The First Quarter – A mission where we focus on introducing our characters and our NPC’s as well as establishing the station and colony’s background. We also hope to establish in this mission the place the station will play as a center for the other ships in the Task Group.

We have also started the story with the USS Charon, our NPC ship. On the background a lot of ideas have been created for the long run. Stories we have started now that will unfold in a huge way later on in the season.

Other Information
December has been a good month. We’ve improved our number of post even with December being a slow month with all the holidays. I’ve personally been very busy since the 24th and I’ve learned that next year I need to have a LOA for myself. With the new year I hope to get all the new story ideas sorted out as well as our future missions planned out a bit more detailed.

For the website I hope to flesh out the tour sections of the station. As well as some other improvements. In other words lots of exciting thing to do when the New Year starts.
