| General Overview | Sharon can tend to be overly serious and analytical, sometimes to the point that people think she is standoffish. This is not the case, as she merely has a difficult time dealing with her own emotions, which causes difficulty in dealing with the emotions of others. |
| Personal History | Raised by a single father, Sharon’s mother passed away during childbirth. The daughter of one of the Federation’s leading researchers in the field of holography, she grew up on Alpha Centauri IV and enjoyed a privileged childhood. She had the best tutors and educational opportunities, and turned out to be a gifted child, taking after her father. Sharon had little interest in holography however, though she harbored an interest in computer technology and linguistics. She began studying at the Delthara University Complex on her homeworld. When she was kidnapped by Orion Syndicate mercenaries, she came into contact with Starfleet Intelligence agents who were undercover within the organization. While they came to Sharon’s aid, their cover was compromised and only with her aid were they able to make it off the Orion base, thanks to her talent with computers. She did not return to her studies on Alpha Centauri IV, and instead returned with her rescuers to Earth, where she underwent basic training at Starfleet Academy. After enlisting in Starfleet, Sharon went on to work at Starfleet Intelligence Headquarters as a data analyst. She spent that last nine years working on the Cardassian desk, monitoring communications and traffic from satellites along the border. During that time, Sharon has seen field action on three separate occasions, having travelled to the border to assist with different intelligence gathering operations, and was briefly temporarily assigned to the Relay 114 intelligence installation. Recently promoted to the rank of chief petty officer, Sharon has been reassigned from Earth to Langly Station’s new SI office - Blackdog Station. |
